Digital bookkeeping

We have more than 10 years of experience with digital bookkeeping and have been using DATEV Unternehmen online for 4 years.

The tax office requires a clear and timely financial accounting. Using digital solutions, we make bookkeeping as uncomplicated as possible for you. The magic words here are the “digitaler Belegtransfer” and the electronic retrieval of account transactions.

You can conveniently register the receipts digitally from your company and send them directly to us online. There is also the “DATEV Upload mobil” app, with which you can can digitally record e.g. receipts or similar directly with your smartphone while on the go. The documents are registered upon receipt and no longer have to be laboriously sorted. This saves a lot of time when preparing the bookkeeping!

The electronic retrieval of account transactions and the transfer of receipts enable us to carry out bookkeeping in real time, while you always have a close eye on your receivables and liabilities.

In addition to posting your documents, we offer you, among other things, the following services:

  • A monthly recording of the depreciation
  • A monthly recording of all private shares
  • The recording of imputed costs (imputed rent, imputed entrepreneur’s wages, imputed depreciation, etc.)
  • The acquisition of target values
  • The cost accounting
  • A reminder of open items

Digital payroll accounting

With the help of Unternehmen online, the process can also run completely digitally with us for wage and salary accounting.

You can upload all relevant documents, e.g. personnel questionnaires, timesheets for employees, vacation days, certificates of incapacity for work, etc. directly into the digital personnel file and no longer have to keep an eye on separate lists. Changes to the master data and the registration of new employees in the company can also be carried out online without any problems.

You will receive the wage evaluations immediately after the data processing in Unternehmen online and can view them anywhere and anytime.

Some nice automations are also possible.

If you wish, we can pay your social security contributions and wages / salaries directly via the system. For this purpose, a transfer form is created for your home bank and submitted to it. After successful settlement, you can approve the wage payment and your home bank will then carry it out as a collective transfer. You do not have to make individual transfers.

In addition, all transmitted data is digitally stored in the Datev Rechenzentrum and thus securely archived. If necessary, these documents can be quickly reproduced for you and your employees.

For your employees there is the “Arbeitnehmer Online” module. Your employees can use this to access their own wage documents online. This saves paper and time.

We process hourly wages, fixed salaries and construction wages, submit applications such as A1 certificates and help you to determine the optimal net salary.

Annual financial statements or determination of profits

After 12 months, a line is drawn under the financial year: a transparent and clean annual financial statement is needed. As a rule, several target groups are interested in an annual financial statement. The publication of the annual financial statements themselves and the manner in which they are published also depend on the legal form and size. Under certain circumstances, only a balance sheet needs to be submitted.

In addition to the required submission to the tax office and publication to the Federal Office of Justice, the annual financial statements and balance sheet serve primarily as a control element for your company’s success. Because the annual financial statements and the balance sheet provide information about the development of your company in the past and thus also impulses for future entrepreneurial activities and goal-oriented decisions.
